What exactly does META CRM Bot do?
It automates your entire top-of-funnel sales process across LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email: it finds matching decision-makers, starts personalised conversations, answers replies, follows up politely, handles your email, books meetings and records everything as leads in the built-in CRM. You focus only on warm conversations and closing.
How is META CRM Bot different from other sales automation tools?
Most tools blast one template to everybody. META CRM Bot behaves like a well-trained salesperson: an LLM reads each prospect and writes that message from scratch, in the prospect's language with correct formal address, decides whether a follow-up is even warranted, respects opt-outs instantly, paces itself like a human and includes a full CRM and email assistant, so you don't need three other subscriptions.
Does META CRM Bot work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Yes. That is one of its two main channels. It works your saved searches and lead lists, reviews each profile, writes and sends individually composed messages, handles replies and follow-ups, and turns every answer into a CRM lead. Humanlike pacing and conservative daily limits protect the seat you pay for.
Is META CRM Bot safe for my LinkedIn accounts?
Safety is the core design principle, though no tool can rule out a restriction, because LinkedIn’s User Agreement does not permit automated activity. The system keeps that risk as low as possible with humanlike timing, conservative daily limits that adapt to each account, and automatic cool-downs. It always prefers doing less over risking your account, and it respects every opt-out immediately and permanently.
Can META CRM Bot read and answer my business emails?
Yes. Connect your business mailbox and the assistant reads incoming mail, drafts context-aware replies, sends follow-ups and presentations, and links every email to the right lead in the CRM, under your approval rules.
How many accounts can I run?
Packages are sized by Sales Identities, the identities the AI sells under: 1 in Starter (€690/month), 3 in Pro (€1,690/month) and 5 in Premium (€3,690/month), with capacity for about 500, 1,500 or 3,000 target accounts a month. Each identity runs with its own targeting, language settings and limits.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set it up with you and can run it in our cloud, so you just open your dashboard. If you prefer to run it yourself, it needs a dedicated Windows machine (Linux works too), and we install and configure it remotely.
Is there a contract?
Monthly subscription, cancel anytime. We earn your business every month.
Can I test a flow before it contacts real customers?
Yes, that is what Test Lab is for. It runs your complete AI sales journey against a simulated prospect with the real AI, your rules, products and flows. You play the customer, fast-forward time and see why every answer was given. Nothing is ever sent, no CRM lead is created and no KPI changes. Test Lab is included in Pro, advanced in Premium and available as an add-on in Starter.
Does META CRM Bot contact prospects on WhatsApp?
Yes, in the Pro and Premium packages, as the third channel after email and LinkedIn. It writes only where the person may be contacted there (consent is checked first), and a positive reply on any channel goes into the same booking flow.
Do I need my own data tools or AI credits?
No. You define your ICP and targets; META CRM Bot sources and enriches the B2B data in the background, from available sources and the growing Meta Global Data pool. The AI model tier comes with your package (Model 1 in Starter, Model 1 with selective Model 2 in Pro, Model 2 for high-value reasoning in Premium), so there are no AI credits or separate data subscriptions to manage.
Is the target-account capacity a guarantee of replies or meetings?
No. It is a processing ceiling and does not promise messages, replies or meetings. How many accounts can actually be reached depends on your market size, how strict your ICP is, data availability and channel limits. Exceptional data or channel consumption is covered by fair-use rules.
